The Great Divide Marathon
Each November the Essendon Bushwalking Club holds a marathon day walk of about 42 km usually somewhere in central Victoria.
The 2012 walk will be from Evansford to Maryborough in the central Victorian goldfields. Evansford is a small village between Talbot and Waubra.

The 2011 event was from Graytown to Heathcote in the Heathcote-Graytown National Park, and was held on Saturday 5 November.
